Swiss Roll

My 10 y.o. son likes cooking. He has been using my new cake mixer to bake a few cakes lately. This is a swiss roll that he baked and rolled with some whipped cream and icing sugar. This recipe is also good for cupcakes.

Ingredients:-
3 egg whites
sugar

3 eggs
3 egg yolks
sugar

1 cup flour
